## Description

We are seeking a hands-on Azure DevOps / Data Engineering Consultant to assess, improve, and implement changes within an existing Microsoft Azure environment.

The consultant will audit the current environment, identify issues and opportunities, recommend improvements, and personally implement the approved changes., * Audit existing Azure architecture, configuration, and deployment processes

 * Configure and optimize Visual Studio integration with Azure/Azure DevOps
 * Build, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD pipelines between Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Azure
 * Automate application and job deployment through CI/CD pipelines
 * Review source control, branching, build, release, and deployment processes
 * Assess and improve Azure Databricks and data engineering workflows
 * Review and optimize data pipelines, Databricks jobs, and related Azure services
 * Identify security, performance, reliability, automation, and cost improvements
 * Make recommendations and personally implement approved changes
 * Troubleshoot Azure, DevOps, deployment, and data engineering issues
 * Document the environment and changes made
