## About the Role

* Requires the skills to design or have experience in designing and executing workload migrations.
 * Experience with Windows Servers and Active Directory.
 * Experience withAzureADand Intune/Endpoint Manager.
 * Experience with on-premises Exchange and Office 365.
 * Experience withon-premisesto Office 365 migrations as well as cloud to Office 365 migrations.
 * Experience with cloud-based services, specifically Azure and Office 365.
 * Experience withMicrosoft Power Platform applications.
 * Experience with Microsoft Purviewsolutions.
 * Experience in conceptualizing and implementing data models for reporting anddata analysis.
 * Process oriented (plan, analyze, design, implement & support).
 * Ability tointerface withall levels of the organization (technical and non-technical).
 * Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
 * Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 * Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 certifications are desirable.
 * VMWare,Omnissa,andHyper-V experience is desirable., * Reliable transportation is necessary for this role and requires a valid driver's license and valid car insurance.
