That means running our paid campaigns on Meta and Google, managing the day-to-day across our social channels, and connecting the two so we know which ads and which posts turn into real consultations. This isn't a strategy-deck role, and it isn't starting from scratch. We already have an audience - a Facebook community of roughly 87,000 people, a podcast, and clients who found us because someone they trust sent them our way. You'll be in the ad accounts daily and in the comments and DMs just as often, with an in-house designer, a video editor, and an existing social lead to build alongside. If you like owning a number and watching your work turn into cases the firm takes on, this role has room to grow as we do. Relevant Backgrounds: Paid Social · Social Media Marketing · Digital Marketing · Performance Marketing · Media Buying · Growth Marketing · Content Marketing · Community Management What You'll Do * Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube * Manage our monthly ad budget hands-on - you'll be in the accounts, not briefing an agency * Build audience targeting, retargeting funnels, and search-intent segments that stay within legal advertising rules * Test creative, hooks, headlines, and landing pages to bring cost per lead down and consultations up * Report on what the spend produced - cost per lead, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and the leads that became clients * Keep tracking and attribution honest with our web and intake teams: Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM lead routing * Run the day-to-day posting and scheduling across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook * Answer comments and DMs, and route real prospects to our intake team quickly * Concept and script short-form video with our attorneys, and work with our designer and video editor to produce it * Keep our voice consistent - warm, professional, and plain-spoken, never full of legal jargon
