You communicate confidently and professionally, both on the phone and in writing, and can adapt easily to different customers and levels of technical expertise. You learn quickly and are naturally resourceful. When you encounter something unfamiliar, you investigate, use the information and tools available to you, and work towards an answer or solution. You're comfortable making decisions independently, managing your own workload, and knowing when to involve others. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience * 5+ years of relevant professional experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English * Experience in a customer-facing role involving technical products, product consultation, or technical support * A genuine interest in electronics, AV, monitors, touchscreens, or other technical hardware * Strong digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new software, CMS platforms, AI tools, and online business systems * A proactive, resourceful, and independent way of working * B2B experience is a plus ## Description You'll work directly with B2B customers across a wide range of industries, from small and medium-sized businesses to multinational organisations and Fortune 500 companies. Many are technically experienced within their own field and expect a capable counterpart who can understand their application, ask the right questions, get to grips with technical requirements, and translate these into clear and practical advice. You don't need to be an engineer. What matters is that you're a strong communicator, learn quickly, are comfortable with technology, and enjoy figuring things out. That ownership extends beyond your day-to-day customer work. Beetronics is a fast-growing international e-commerce organisation with a flat structure and short lines of communication. You'll have significant autonomy within your market, while also having the freedom to take on projects and initiatives across the business based on your skills and interests. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Take end-to-end responsibility for incoming customer requests from our Dutch-speaking B2B customers across the Netherlands and Belgium * Handle customer inquiries by phone and email and help customers identify the right professional monitor or touchscreen solution for their application and requirements * Prepare quotations, determine pricing, process customer orders, and handle invoicing * Manage relationships with recurring customers and key accounts * Provide technical support and take ownership of customer requests through delivery and aftersales * Maintain and improve product information and content across our Dutch-language webshops and marketing channels * Work with colleagues across the organisation to improve processes, tools, and the overall customer experience * Take ownership of projects and initiatives beyond your core responsibilities based on your skills and interests.
