## Description

Support fonctionnel N3 / Service Management, profil expérimenté (3 à 7 ans)

Contexte : au sein d'une équipe existante (2 PM, 2 développeurs, 2 supports N3), il s'agit d'un remplacement pour assurer le support fonctionnel N3 d'une suite applicative couvrant le sourcing, le référentiel, la supply chain et la finance d'une activité d'import groupe. Les utilisateurs sont à la fois internes (équipes marchandises, entités import, sourcing, qualité) et externes (fournisseurs, transporteurs, organismes de contrôle).

Missions : prise en charge des escalades N2 et résolution, analyse et escalade des demandes complexes, rédaction de fiches de résolution, mise à jour de la documentation, reporting mensuel et plans d'action sur le run récurrent.
