(EN) What we're looking for * Experience as a Functional Consultant, ERP Consultant, Application Consultant or Finance Systems Specialist. * Good understanding of accounting and finance processes, such as invoicing, payments or collections. * Experience translating business requirements into functional system configurations. * Confidence working directly with clients and managing multiple priorities. * Experience with ERP, finance or accounting software in a SaaS or hosted environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to test and validate solutions. À l'intersection de la Finance, de la Technologie et du Conseil, vous combinez expertise fonctionnelle, relation client et configuration de solutions. Vous travaillez directement avec les clients ainsi qu'avec nos équipes internes pour analyser leurs besoins, résoudre leurs problématiques et garantir la fiabilité de leurs opérations financières., * Accompagner et conseiller les clients dans leur utilisation d'Anael Finance et e-Anael. * Comprendre leurs enjeux et traduire leurs besoins métiers en solutions et configurations fonctionnelles. * Configurer et administrer les utilisateurs, rôles et droits d'accès. * Concevoir et réaliser des tests fonctionnels afin de valider les évolutions et configurations. * Devenir un référent fonctionnel sur la suite Compleo : Superviseur, Layout et Exploreur. * Configurer et maintenir les flux documentaires, imports et exports propres aux environnements clients. * Concevoir et faire évoluer différents documents métiers : factures, courriers de paiement, relances ou bulletins de paie. * Accompagner la gestion des flux de fichiers et échanges avec Anael Finance, notamment Yooz et les versions Anael Finance V6R2 à V8R0. * Participer aux activités stratégiques de fin de mois, d'archivage de paie et de clôture. * Accompagner l'intégration de nouveaux clients et les échanges bancaires, notamment les contrats et certificats EBICS. * Collaborer avec les équipes SaaS internes autour de la gestion des accès, des sauvegardes et de la continuité des opérations. * Faire évoluer la documentation fonctionnelle et contribuer au partage d'expertise au sein de l'équipe.
