## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik/Informationstechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Support oder Helpdesk
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit Remote-Desktop-Tools und IT-Ticketing-Systemen
 * Grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse
 * Solide Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz
 * Erfahrung mit gängigen Betriebssystemen und Office-Anwendungen
 * Erste Berufserfahrung in der Steuerung von ITK- Projekten
 * Zertifizierungen im IT-Bereich von Vorteil
 * Programmierkenntnisse (Powershell, Javascript, PHP) vorteilhaft
 * Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
 * Freude an Teamarbeit und Bereitschaft zur Unterstützung anderer Teammitglieder
 * Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)

## Description

Für unsere Berliner Zentrale suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und technisch versierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im 1st/2nd-Level IT-Support mit Kenntnissen in der Systemadministration.

 * Entgegennahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen
 * Diagnose und Fehlerbehebung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen, sowohl lokal als auch remote bzw. Delegierung an unseren Full Service Enterprise Hosting-Provider
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzrechnern, Softwareanwendungen und Peripheriegeräten
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten in Active Directory und anderen IT-Systemen
 * Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Netzwerkkomponenten
 * Fortführen unserer System-Dokumentationen und unseres Asset-Managements
 * Unterstützung in der Planung, Begleitung und Steuerung von ITK-Projekten, wie bspw. Update-Migration von Applikation- und Datenbank-Servern oder Erneuerung von ITK-Services bei unserem Full Service Enterprise Hosting-Provider
