 * Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Transformations-, Digitalisierungs- oder IT-Strategieprojekten sowie im professionellen Stakeholder- und Projektmanagement
 * Idealerweise Zertifizierungen im Projekt- oder agilen Management (z. B. PMP, PRINCE2 oder Scrum)
 * Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Hohe Eigenverantwortung, unternehmerisches Denken und ein souveränes Auftreten auf allen Managementebenen
 * Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht zu vermitteln
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und Englischkenntnisse
 * Reisebereitschaft
