## About the Role

You have completed training in computer science, system integration, business informatics or a comparable IT qualification and are looking for new challenges? For our office in Valencia, we are currently looking for qualified, motivated and customer-oriented staff to join our technical support team., * Completed vocational training in IT or network technology

 * Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
 * Excellent Spanish and English skills, both written and spoken

Ideally, you have initial experience with:

 * Servers and clients within a Windows Server 2012 AD environment
 * SAN / NAS Server
 * VMWare ESXi / vSphere
 * Firewalls, networking and routing, internet connectivity and VPN access
 * Monitoring, backup and disaster recovery systems
 * A scripting and/or programming language

## Description

* Technical support for our software
 * Management and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure
 * Installation of new hotels
 * Implementation and maintenance of interfaces with external systems at our clients' sites
 * Integration of software into operational network and server structures
 * Support and implementation of new IT solutions
 * Occasional travel
 * Communication with our international clients, including in English
