Your responsibilities will include: * Welcoming customers and dealing with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner * Booking vehicles into the workshop and arranging appointments * Answering telephone calls and responding to emails * Updating customer and vehicle records * Preparing and processing paperwork and invoices * Liaising with technicians and the workshop team * Keeping customers updated regarding their vehicle repairs * Using computer systems and workshop management software * Carrying out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the department
