## About the Role

PRODUCT DESIGNER (AI, DESIGN SYSTEMS) | UP TO £75K | REMOTE-FIRST FROM UK Few&Far are hiring for a Perm Product Designer (Design Systems) to join a high-growth Series A AI scale-up, who build sovereign AI operating platforms for high-assurance and complex enterprise environments (including Government, Defence, Finance). Duties:Reporting directly to the Head of Product & Design, you'd take complete ownership of architecting their central design system (Springboard)A core objective for the role will be pioneering how design systems support dynamic, Generative-AI UI and agentic component rendering, working side-by-side with a dedicated Design Systems EngineerConsolidate, architect, and own the design system centrally Essential Requirements:Strong experience in design systems - architecture, component management, rolloutStrong UI & Visual Design skills - aesthetics, brand, micro-interactions, polishExtensive AI Experience: AI workflow experience and using AI to push component updates,
experimenting with agentic UI generationAble to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship now or in the futureExperience in B2B / B2G, and SC Clearance/SC eligibility is desirable (not essential).
