## About the Role

* Strong experience in application support, administration and service improvement.
 * Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform.
 * Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse or similar low-code technologies.
 * Knowledge of cloud and on-premises applications and hybrid infrastructure.
 * Experience with system integrations, data management and troubleshooting.
 * Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
 * Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
 * Experience with NEC solutions would be advantageous but is not essential.

## Description

* Take technical ownership of key business applications, including revenues and benefits systems.
 * Support application administration, configuration, testing, integrations, data migration and continuous improvement.
 * Work closely with suppliers, project teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.
 * Support service transformation and help improve and transform digital services.
