It brings together signals, context and behavioural patterns across journeys so the bank can recognise risk across channels, apply consistent judgement and intervene earlier. It strengthens existing journeys and capabilities, bringing models, rules, vendor signals and channels together through a reusable platform that can augment the current estate before progressively taking on more decisioning responsibility.
