## Description

* Analyse, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Applikations-Landschaft unter Berücksichtigung aktueller technologischer Trends, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Skalierbarkeit und Sicherheit
 * Sicherstellung optimaler Software-Integration, z.B. durch Umsetzung effizienter Schnittstellenkonzepte sowie Identifikation, Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
 * Initiative Konzeption sowie aktive Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der System-Architektur, z.B. im Rahmen der Einführung neuer IT-Anwendungen oder Updates
 * Design und Etablierung eines zeitgemäßen Data-Management-Konzeptes mit dem Ziel der AI-Readiness
 * Entwicklung datenbasierter Entscheidungsmodelle und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung entsprechender Use-Cases mittels Business Intelligence (BI) zur Unternehmenssteuerung
 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei Fragen zu eingesetzten Applikationen sowie bei der weiteren Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen
 * Durchführung von Schulungen für Anwender und Kollegen im Umgang mit den integrierten Systemen
 * Erstellung und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung technischer Dokumentationen, insbesondere bezüglich Schnittstellen und Integrationsprozessen
 * Wirksame Steuerung unserer IT-Lieferanten und Solution-Partner
