## About the Role

* Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Informationssicherheit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Praxis im Bereich Cyber Security & ISMS.
 * Zertifizierung: Nachweisbare Qualifikation als ISB / CISO (z. B. ISO 27001 Lead Implementor/Auditor, BSI-Grundschutz-Praktiker, CISM, CRISC oder CISSP).
 * Erfahrung: Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Auf- oder Ausbau von ISMS-Strukturen, idealerweise in einem Umfeld mit Handels-, Logistik-, Chemie- oder Industriebezug.
 * Methodenkompetenz: Sicheres Verständnis moderner Hybrid- und Cloud-Architekturen, Risikomanagement-Standards sowie ein Gespür für die Balance zwischen Sicherheit, IT-Usability und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
 * Kommunikation: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1/C2) und sehr gutes Englisch, gepaart mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und ausgeprägter Beratungskompetenz.

## Description

* ISMS-Steuerung & Weiterentwicklung: Gesamtverantwortung für den Betrieb, die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Überwachung des Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) nach ISO/IEC 27001 oder BSI IT-Grundschutz.
 * Regulatorik & Lieferkettensicherheit: Bewertung und pragmatische Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben (insbesondere NIS-2 und DSGVO) sowie Auditierung der Information Security innerhalb der globalen Supply Chain und bei Cloud-Dienstleistern.
 * Risiko- & Incident Management: Durchführung strukturierter Risikoanalysen, Erstellung von Schutzbedarfskategorisierungen sowie Steuerung von Notfallkonzepten (BCM) und Reaktionen auf IT-Sicherheitsvorfälle.
 * Audits & Management-Beratung: Vorbereitung und Begleitung externer Kundenaudits und Zertifizierungen, Durchführung interner Auditing-Prozesse sowie direkte Beratung der Geschäftsführung und Fachbereichsleiter.
 * Security Awareness: Konzeption und Etablierung moderner Schulungsprogramme zur nachhaltigen Stärkung der Sicherheitskultur im gesamten Unternehmen (Office, Logistik, Produktion).
