This is a position requiring excellent analytical and communication skills, understanding of the software development lifecycle, and confidence in presenting to senior-level stakeholders., · 4+ years of professional experience in data science or ML engineering. · Advanced Python skills - production-quality code, not just notebooks. · Strong command of SQL and Azure data services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or equivalent). · Hands-on ML experience: feature engineering, model selection, validation, and deployment. · Familiarity with LLM workflows: embeddings, vector stores, RAG, and modern AI architecture. · Experience with Power BI or Tableau for stakeholder-facing dashboards and reporting. · Version control discipline - Git or Azure Repos. · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field., · Experience implementing agentic AI workflows or LLM orchestration (LangChain, Azure AI Studio, Semantic Kernel, or similar). · Hands-on work with Azure ML, Databricks, Foundry, or comparable MLOps platforms. · Background in anomaly detection, fraud modeling, or sentiment analysis. · Prior telecom industry experience. · Understanding of data governance, PII handling, and enterprise data security standards.
