## Description

The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions that improve advisor productivity, enhance client experience, streamline operations, and support regulatory compliance within a wealth management environment. This role partners closely with advisors, financial planners, operations, compliance, and leadership teams to automate workflows, integrate systems, and develop scalable business applications that support firm growth., * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain internal business applications, dashboards, portals, APIs, and reporting tools

 * Build technology solutions that improve advisor workflows, client service, and operational efficiency
 * Integrate CRM, portfolio management, financial planning, document management, and custodial platforms
 * Develop automated workflows and data flows using APIs, middleware, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure
 * Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations, data issues, and application performance
 * · Build and maintain databases, reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions
 * Ensure data accuracy, security, governance, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
 * Partner with advisors and business teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
 * Provide technical guidance and user training while supporting technology projects, audits, and firm-wide initiatives
