Our Electronic Combat Solutions team is seeking proactive Software Engineers to work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test integration tools for EW Systems . With a focus on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare (EW) solutions on a range of programs, individual technical contributions will include software development, requirements development, integration & test, and test planning and execution in an engineering and deployment support environment. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration, all work will be performed at either Totowa NJ locations full-time on site . This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. With a 9/80 schedule, and every other Friday off, our flexible work environment provides you with a chance to change the world without giving up your personal life., As part of a team, Software Engineers - System Integration serve as the system integrator for Radar Warning (RW) and Electronic Attack Counter Measures (ECM) technology. I&T activities include planning and execution starting from early test concept development through system certification. Integration includes functional simulation, subsystem and system integration and test, verification and validation (V&V), performance evaluation, and acceptance testing.
