## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

 * Internship or co-op experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical sales.
 * Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.).
 * Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
 * Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
 * Knowledge of fluid systems, pumps, valves, hydraulics, automation, or industrial equipment (depending on the industry).

## Description

* Assist customers in selecting products and engineering solutions that meet their application requirements.
 * Review customer specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
 * Prepare technical quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
 * Provide technical support to sales representatives and customers.
 * Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and project engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
 * Answer technical inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
 * Perform engineering calculations related to product sizing and selection.
 * Support product testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning when required.
 * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project documentation.
 * Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and training as needed.
 * Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
