 * Unterstützung der Teams bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und einer wirksamen Zusammenarbeit
 * Weiterentwicklung crossfunktionaler Teams mit Klarheit, Empathie und Gespür für Gruppendynamiken
 * Verbesserung der teamübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mehrerer Scrum- und Kanban-Teams, gemeinsam mit Scrum-Master-Kolleg*innen
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung: Impulse setzen und neue Wege ausprobieren, mit viel Gestaltungsfreiraum
 * Förderung einer offenen Kommunikationskultur und des Austauschs auf Augenhöhe
