## About the Role

· 5-10 years of professional Salesforce experience.

· Strong technical Salesforce foundation (this is explicitly a technical, hands-on role rather than a primarily business-centric one).

· Hands-on Salesforce technical support experience.

· Proven experience supporting Salesforce integrations and troubleshooting integration failures.

· Strong understanding of APIs and API integrations.

· Apex development experience and proficiency.

· Ability to independently support and maintain the Salesforce technical stack.

· Experience collaborating with backend teams and enterprise applications.

· Strong database query skills.

· Ability to thrive and execute in a lean environment requiring immediate, experienced ownership.

Preferred Skills

· Proficiency in Apex.

· JavaScript / UI framework experience.

· Strong database and query skills.

· MuleSoft experience and understanding of middleware integrations.

· Broad knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality, including campaign creation and maintenance.

· Direct experience working with Oracle and/or SAP integrations.

· Experience supporting Salesforce in complex, enterprise-level environments.

Environment & Stakeholder Collaboration

· The consultant will work hand-in-hand with internal teams and external partners, including:

· Salesforce Product Owner / Sales Enablement Team (owns business requirements, roadmap, sellers, and customer service alignment).

## Description

· Technical Ownership & Day-to-Day Support: Own the Salesforce technical stack post-implementation, troubleshoot integration or system failures, and rapidly resolve day-to-day technical issues.

· Integration Support & Development: Support ongoing Salesforce integrations, partnering closely with Oracle and SAP backend teams on required changes to facilitate data integration. (MuleSoft knowledge is highly desirable.)

· Enhancements & Roadmap Support: Manage incoming enhancement requests, help prioritize the backlog, support the transition from the project team into hypercare and ongoing support, and collaborate with Salesforce product owners on the future roadmap.
