Experience with high voltage and/or electrical substations is a plus. * Must have the ability to read and interpret building construction drawings and specifications, including electrical schematics and one-line diagrams, and HVAC drawings, including equipment schedules. * Broad knowledge of Building HVAC and Mechanical systems a plus. * Knowledge of ASHRAE standards a plus. * Collaborative skills, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of resolving contract and product issues. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. * Team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. * Needs to have a strong understanding of electrical and HVAC infrastructure design objectives, performance factors, and physical requirements. * Strong attention to details and effective written and verbal communication. * Multitasking.
