## About the Role

* Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
 * Customer service mindset and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

 * CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent industry certifications
 * Experience with network administration and firewall management

## Description

* Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email; troubleshoot issues and providetimely resolutions
 * Software Support: Install, configure, and provide technical support for company software running on customercomputers
 * Hardware Management: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer hardware including computers, printers,scanners, credit card readers, and other devices
 * Network Management: Monitor, configure, and maintain customer firewalls and network equipment to ensuresecurity and uptime
 * Ticket Management: Create and maintain detailed support tickets for each issue, documenting steps taken andresolutions
 * On-Call Support: Rotate weekend email support responsibilities on Saturdays to ensure customer coverage. (time off given to offset this)
