## About the Role

* Technical recruiting experience - geospatial, civil engineering, GIS, IT, data science, or a related field
 * Strong written and verbal communication, and the listening skills to understand what a client actually needs
 * Self-directed and organized; comfortable working independently from a home office
 * Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting databases
 * Calendar management and salary negotiation experience
 * Sales or business development in the geospatial community is a strong plus

## Description

* Meet with current and prospective clients to scope the roles they need filled
 * Source and engage candidates using our ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting databases
 * Run the full search cycle: phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, and verbal salary negotiations
 * Manage multiple clients and searches at once, keeping each one organized and moving
 * Attend a weekly virtual team meeting
