## About the Role

* 3+ years of work experience (3+ years required; 5+ years in a similar position preferred)
 * Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's degree preferred)
 * Develop test plans and conduct engine performance testing and vehicle testing
 * Communicate with customers and manage project start-to-finish procedures
 * Validate test systems for data processing, functionality checks, safety, and quality checks
 * Perform data analysis for internal and external projects and ensure data quality control
 * Document calibrations, operating procedures, technician checklists, and equipment changes using process change and ISO procedures
 * Train incoming engineers and test cell operators; lead troubleshooting of test engine/vehicle/equipment as needed
