1. Gestion logistique du matériel informatique
 - Suivi des stocks et gestion des approvisionnements (PC, écrans, accessoires, etc.)
 - Réception, contrôle et enregistrement des équipements dans l'inventaire
 - Gestion des demandes de matériel et attribution en fonction des besoins utilisateurs
 2. Préparation et configuration des équipements
 - Installation et configuration des postes de travail (Windows, Mac, Linux selon l'environnement)
 - Paramétrage des logiciels et outils métiers selon les profils utilisateurs
 - Application des politiques de sécurité et mise à jour des équipements
 - Réalisation de tests de bon fonctionnement avant mise à disposition
 3. Support et relation utilisateur
 - Coordination avec les utilisateurs pour la livraison et la mise en service
 - Support utilisateur (prise en main, incidents courants...)
 - Recueil des retours utilisateurs pour améliorer les processus internes
