## Description

We are currently seeking to recruit a Business Test Lead (Retailer Systems) at Jaguar Land Rover in Coventry.

The Business Test Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across Retailer Systems products and capabilities. You will ensure new technology solutions are thoroughly tested against business requirements before deployment, helping to deliver high-quality systems that support business performance and user adoption.

Working across multiple teams, regions and third-party suppliers, you will lead testing strategy, stakeholder engagement and defect management throughout the delivery lifecycle. The role plays a key part in ensuring system changes are implemented successfully with minimal business disruption., * Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) programmes across Retailer Systems solutions.

 * Develop and maintain business process test scenarios, test cases and end-to-end user journey scripts.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners, Capability Leads, regional stakeholders and technology teams to define testing objectives, scope and success criteria.
 * Design and implement effective testing frameworks and governance processes.
 * Coordinate testing cycles, execution schedules and resource requirements across multiple business functions.
 * Facilitate testing workshops, demonstrations and stakeholder engagement sessions.
 * Monitor testing progress and provide reporting on execution status, risks, defects and release readiness.
 * Chair Defect Review Boards (DRBs), ensuring issues are prioritised and resolved according to business impact.
 * Analyse testing outcomes and provide recommendations to support release and go-live decisions.
 * Support deployment activities, post-launch validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Work closely with third-party suppliers and development teams to drive quality improvements and defect resolution.
 * Produce documentation, reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
