## Description

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer / SharePoint SME to join a busy technical team, supporting and enhancing a complex SharePoint environment spanning both on-premises and Microsoft 365 platforms.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong SharePoint administration, development, and upgrade experience who is comfortable acting as a senior technical specialist and escalation point for critical issues., * Act as a 3rd Line Technical Specialist for complex SharePoint incidents and requests.

 * Lead and support SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE) upgrade activities.
 * Administer, maintain, and support SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) environments.
 * Ensure platform security, performance, stability, and availability.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the SharePoint estate.
 * Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to deliver improvements and enhancements.
 * Contribute to platform roadmaps, upgrades, and operational best practices.
