The role supports the full lifecycle of customer projects, including solution design, deployment, optimisation, troubleshooting and ongoing technical support. The position contributes to the delivery of secure and reliable network infrastructure, including technologies such as enterprise networking, cyber security, cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE and wireless networking. The role also involves working closely with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure that solutions meet technical, operational and business requirements while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
