## About the Role

* University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
 * At least three years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, AI Models, and Large Language Models.
 * Experience in building and operating HPC or GPU-based computing platforms for AI workloads.
 * Hands-on experience with AI models, particularly in training (e.g., PyTorch, DeepSpeed, Megatron-LM), fine-tuning (e.g., LoRA/QLoRA, RLHF/DPO), and evaluating large-scale AI models.
 * Practical experience with distributed training approaches and scalable AI infrastructures.
 * Experience operating production-grade AI platforms for research and development, as well as working with Linux, containerized environments, and cloud or hybrid infrastructures (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
 * Ideally, experience working with frontier models and modern open-weight models.
 * Business-fluent English language skills; German language skills are desirable.
