S/4HANA-Transformationsprogramms Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Projektstatusberichten, Management-Präsentationen und Besprechungsprotokollen Nachverfolgung von Projektmeilensteinen, Aufgaben, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten Pflege von Projektdokumentationen, Dashboards und Reporting-Unterlagen in Jira, SharePoint und Microsoft Teams Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Vorbereitung von Meetings, Workshops und Lenkungsausschüssen Mitarbeit bei Testaktivitäten sowie bei der Vorbereitung von Rollouts und Go-Live-Aktivitäten Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Analysen und Berichten mit Excel und Power BI Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von PMO-Prozessen, Vorlagen und Governance-Strukturen Profil Studienrichtung: Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare Studiengänge Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint Erste Erfahrungen mit Jira von Vorteil
