## Description

Position Overview: We're seeking a proactive and motivated Technical Support Placement Student to join our university program for a duration of 9 months starting in June 2027. This Placement will allow you to gain hands-on experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, learning valuable skills that are essential in today's technology-driven world., * Collaborate with the technical support team to assist clients with their technical inquiries and issues.

 * Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and professional support experience.
 * Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to our products/services.
 * Offer step-by-step guidance to clients on resolving technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
 * Document and track customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in our support systems.
 * Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when necessary.
 * Contribute to the creation of technical support resources, such as knowledge base articles and FAQs.
