* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (rising juniors or seniors preferred).

 * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
 * College credit can be earned depending on your institution's requirements., * High School Diploma required. Ideal internship candidates will be full-time undergraduate college Juniors or Seniors, with the ability to perform at a professional level.

## Description

* Collaborate with engineers to design, build, and test custom software applications that support our Commercial Lines business.
 * Contribute to real-world projects using modern tech stacks, cloud platforms, and agile methodologies.
 * Explore and experiment with Generative AI tools and APIs to enhance business processes and customer experiences.
 * Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team stand-ups to learn how software is built in a professional environment.
 * Work cross-functionally with peers and leaders on an Action Learning Project that addresses a real business challenge.
 * Learn about the insurance industry and how technology drives innovation in an Enterprise environment.
 * See your work delivered to our users and how it makes a positive impact on our business.
