## About the Role

* Experience working in a data center or critical facilities environment
 * Basic understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), including power and cooling infrastructure
 * Experience creating or maintaining technical procedures (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, or similar documentation)
 * Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, accurate technical documentation
 * Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams regarding change activities
 * Proficiency with standard tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams, * Experience with change management or change control processes in operations environments
 * Familiarity with ticketing or CMMS systems (e.g., EnCompass, ServiceNow, UpKeep)
 * Experience working with critical infrastructure systems (UPS, generators, HVAC, cooling systems)
 * Experience in data center operations, facilities, or engineering environments, * Ability to work in a data center environment, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
 * Ability to climb ladders and access equipment in elevated areas
 * Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and outdoor conditions
 * Good manual dexterity and vision to safely work around equipment and follow safety protocols

## Description

The Change Management Specialist supports data center operations by creating and managing technical procedures and ensuring all changes are clearly communicated and properly documented., * Create and maintain technical procedures (MOPs, SOPs, EOPs)

 * Work with engineers and operations teams to document processes and changes
 * Ensure all changes are tracked in ticketing/CMMS systems
 * Communicate change updates to clients and internal teams
 * Support continuous improvement of processes and documentation
 * Maintain and update procedures throughout their lifecycle
