## Description

* Überwachung, Analyse und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Systeme und Netzwerke)
 * Steuerung und Koordination von IT-Technikern sowie externen Dienstleistern
 * Planung, Durchführung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von System-Upgrades und Migrationen
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IT-Richtlinien, Prozessen sowie SLAs/OLAs
 * Analyse und Lösung komplexer IT-Störungen (2nd/3rd Level, Eskalationen)
 * Verantwortung für zentrale Infrastrukturservices (z. B. Active Directory, Virtualisierung, Citrix)
 * Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheit, Compliance und Lizenzkonformität
