## Description

En tant que technicien Helpdesk, vous serez le premier point de contact des collaborateurs ayant des besoins en support informatique. Votre rôle sera clé pour assurer un service efficace et réactif.

Vos missions incluent :

 * Assistance téléphonique : Répondre aux appels des collaborateurs rencontrant des problèmes informatiques.
 * Gestion des tickets : Créer et suivre les tickets d'incidents via la console interne.
 * Traitement des demandes par email : Répondre aux requêtes liées aux incidents, problèmes ou demandes spécifiques.
 * Support en présentiel : Accueillir les collaborateurs se présentant au support et enregistrer leur demande via un ticket.
 * Dispatch des incidents : Analyser et transférer les tickets au bon groupe de résolution.
