About Kaizen Approach ## Description Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Network Engineer to provide assistance across all aspects of network management, from network design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of existing networks. In this role, you will analyze network designs, specifications, and related documentation, and implement communication system requirements that support the distributed functionality of a software engineering environment. This position involves analyzing network characteristics such as traffic connection time, transmission speeds, packet sizes, and throughput, troubleshooting network issues, and recommending procurement of or modifications to network components. You will support reliable and efficient network operations by ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability across mission systems.
