This role focuses on supporting all aspects of agile software design and development for products deployed across large-scale compute clusters. Responsibilities include designing and building new capabilities, conducting testing, optimizing performance, and supporting ongoing operations and sustainment. Provide cloud software research, development, and engineering services to include requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, sustainment, testing, validation, and issue diagnosis/resolution. Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph). Capabilities * As a Senior Cloud Software Engineer, you will operate with a high degree of independence across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance. * Design and implement scalable solutions, including integration and extension of COTS and GOTS products * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while optimizing system performance * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers * Contribute to project planning by defining tasks, timelines, and technical approaches * Develop and execute test cases, create SOPs, and maintain technical documentation * Review system designs for accuracy, completeness, and scalability
