Assignments can range from a few days to several months. * Flexibility: Willingness to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings with exposure to different weather conditions. * Work Style: Ability to work from home between site assignments to prepare offers, cost estimates, and mobilization plans. * Authorization: Must be able to satisfy all requirements to work on-site at various customer facilities. ## Description The Technical Advisor service will manage construction activities at customer sites. Responsibilities include directing site crews, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring technical execution aligns with project goals and company policies. This role requires significant autonomy, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in complex site environments., * Operational Excellence: Plan project activities, allocate resources, and ensure all site documentation and technical procedures are current and accessible. * Safety Leadership: Champion EHS guidelines and conduct risk assessments. You hold the authority to pause or stop work if safety or quality standards are compromised. * Technical Oversight: Perform in-process rewind tests (e.g., high potential, surge, stator core loop, insulation resistance) and conduct fault investigations. * Client & Team Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the customer and subcontractors.
