## About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET developer with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the following areas, * 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software development using Microsoft .NET technologies.

 * Strong expertise in .NET Core and modern application development frameworks.
 * Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud deployments.
 * Proficiency with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
 * Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and application architecture.
 * Experience with source control, code reviews, CI/CD processes, and Agile development methodologies.
 * Demonstrated ability to lead development efforts, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience designing and implementing scalable, cloud-native microservices architectures.
 * Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Experience with DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and cloud security best practices.
 * Exposure to AI-enabled development workflows and modern software engineering tools.
 * Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with distributed teams.
 * Familiarity with performance tuning, application monitoring, and production support.
 * Cloud certifications in AWS and/or Azure are highly desirable.
 * Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead or leading cross-functional development teams.
