## About the Role

* Experience supporting IT infrastructure and business systems.
 * Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows administration skills.
 * Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, CRM systems or cloud technologies is desirable.

## Description

* Manage the Group's IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and end-user support.
 * Administer Legionella Dossier and bespoke business systems.
 * Support Microsoft Power Platform applications and the bespoke CRM.
 * Manage the Remote Temperature Monitoring platform (Azure, LoRaWAN & ThingsBoard).
 * Maintain hosting, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity.
 * Manage hardware, telecommunications, CCTV and vehicle tracking.
 * Work with external technology suppliers and software partners.
 * Drive automation, digital innovation and continuous improvement.
