The importance of clean, accurate and up-to-date data is paramount to the success of the team in identifying new business opportunities, securing sales instructions and connecting with prospective buyers. As such, this role plays a direct part in supporting the commercial performance of the division by ensuring that brokers have access to reliable information that enables targeted business development activity, market intelligence and client engagement. The successful candidate will become the primary custodian of records within IBIS, undertaking comprehensive research across multiple data sources to ensure that ownership, contact and property information remains accurate, current and actionable. About the Team Our dedicated pubs and restaurants team, which operates across 11 UK offices and represents the largest specialist hospitality advisory group in the country, continues to support clients with unrivalled local market knowledge and national sector insight.
