We currently have a vacancy within our IT department for a Software Developer. The position is office based so you must be able to travel to Washington, NE38 9BZ daily. A Software Developer at Roundel Manufacturing is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining applications and integrations that support both the Roundel Kitchens and Nixons Kitchens businesses, including products used directly by customers and the public. The role exists to improve the performance, stability, and usability of our application landscape, and to deliver well-engineered solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and surface useful insight from our data. The role carries end-to-end ownership of discrete products or features - from initial requirement through to live deployment and ongoing support - rather than working purely to a fixed specification handed down by others. AI-assisted development tooling is used as standard practice throughout the development lifecycle to support rapid, high-quality delivery.
