This is an exciting opportunity to support the firm's AI, legal technology and innovation initiatives, helping the firm adopt new ways of working and realise the benefits of generative AI. This role may be particularly suitable for someone interested in developing a career at the intersection of law, technology and innovation, or a paralegal looking to move into an innovation and legal tech role. This full-time role is based in our Bristol office with considerable scope for flexible working. There may be occasional requirements to travel to any of our office locations. The role * Support the delivery and ongoing development of the firm's AI and legal technology initiatives * Assist with the development, testing and refinement of prompts, workflows and use cases within approved AI platforms * Gather user feedback, monitor adoption and help identify opportunities to improve the use of AI tools, workflows and ways of working * Help develop user guidance, practical resources and workflow documentation to support responsible adoption of AI technologies * Act as a point of contact for routine queries relating to approved AI tools and innovation initiatives * Monitor AI developments and emerging use cases relevant to the firm * Support AI, legal technology and innovation projects, helping to drive engagement, adoption and awareness across the firm, We're committed to supporting your professional and personal development needs.This means that we offer a range of tailored training courses and you will have lots of opportunity to learn from those around you.
