Within this, Technical Services Delivery plays a vital role in installing, maintaining, and supporting end-user devices across all sites, ensuring our colleagues have the reliable technology they need to deliver outstanding patient care. As a Technical Services Analyst, you'll provide 2nd line technical support across our estate, acting as a key escalation point for incidents while maintaining strong relationships with end users and third-party vendors. From diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues to coordinating timely responses and ensuring minimal disruption to services, your work will directly support clinicians and operational teams. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll work with modern technologies across mobile devices, networks, and Microsoft platforms-offering an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
