 * Hands on working experience in Linux and Shell Scripts.
 * Experience working on complex Data Extraction and Loading nested programs created using Oracle PL/SQL and Shell Scripts.
 * Exposure to ITSM processes including Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Management, and Change Management.
 * Exposure to root cause analysis.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

## Description

* Develop and maintain complex Data Extraction and Loading nested programs using Oracle PL/SQL and Shell Scripts.
 * Perform performance tuning and work with indexes in Oracle PL/SQL and MS-SQL environments.
 * Execute tasks within Linux environments using Shell Scripts.
 * Adhere to ITSM processes for Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Management, and Change Management.
 * Conduct root cause analysis for technical issues.

 * Exposure to any file transfer or data transfer mechanism.
