## About the Role

* 5-8+ years of experience in Project Management, Construction Management, or Facilities.
 * Strong experience with both Project Management and Facilities Operations.
 * Experience working in active facilities during construction or renovation.
 * Experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
 * Experience managing change orders, contracts, budgets, and project scope.
 * Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and as-builts.
 * Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Preferred

 * MEP/building systems experience.
 * Facility commissioning or operational readiness experience.
 * Experience developing SOPs, MOPs, maintenance plans, or warranty documentation.

## Description

We are seeking a Transition Manager with strong Project Management and Facilities experience to support the transition of an active facility renovation from construction to operations. This role will coordinate between contractors, facility teams, and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth operational handover., * Manage construction-to-operations transition and facility handover.

 * Coordinate contractors, facility teams, engineers, and stakeholders.
 * Manage as-builts, manuals, warranties, maintenance schedules, and training.
 * Oversee project schedules, milestones, change orders, contracts, and budgets.
 * Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
 * Support MEP systems integration, commissioning, and operational readiness.
 * Develop SOPs, MOPs, maintenance processes, and transition documentation.
 * Track project performance using data analytics and reporting.
 * Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.
 * Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
