Understanding PC configurations, servers and networking. * Aid with testing, diagnostics, analyses, and report feedback on applications, Lynxspring products, third-party devices, or RMA products for both end users/customers or internal development. * Provide accurate, detailed, and concisely written emails with all associated documentation and information necessary to support the solution. * Provide prompt responses to all phone calls or emails in a courteous and professional manner. * The employee will be made aware of the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives and how they can contribute to them. * One to two years of field experience is required. ## Description JENEsys® by Lynxspring is key to extending connectivity, integration, interoperability, Internet enablement and control to our customers' applications. Lynxspring embeds the revolutionary Niagara N4 and AX Framework on the JENEsys® platform. Niagara is a powerful software suite designed for device-to-device connectivity and is widely accepted as the building automation solution of choice by many of today's largest manufacturers.
