Technical Knowledge Preferred * Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID * Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint administration * Firewalls, switches, VPNs, wireless networks, VLANs, routing, and network troubleshooting * Endpoint protection, vulnerability management, patching, logging, and monitoring * Backup systems, disaster recovery, and business continuity * Banking applications, vendor-hosted systems, and financial institution technology * PowerShell, scripting, automation, reporting, artificial intelligence, or other process-improvement tools, * Two or more years of IT experience in systems, network, Microsoft 365, security, and/or IT operations preferred. * Experience in a bank, credit union, regulated industry, or managed service provider supporting financial institutions strongly preferred. * Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. * Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Azure, Fortinet, or Cisco CCNA, are helpful but not required., This position requires professionalism, confidentiality, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to information security. Some travel between Bank locations and occasional after-hours work may be required for maintenance, upgrades, projects, or emergency support.
