## About the Role

* 5+ years of IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Support experience (JD prefers 8+ years).
 * Strong Level II/III troubleshooting and escalation support experience.
 * Jira ticketing system experience
 * Active Directory, Office 365, and Okta administration experience
 * Windows, Mac, mobile device support, and conference room/AV support experience.
 * Executive/VIP support experience with excellent customer service skills.

Nice to Have:

 * Healthcare or HIPAA environment experience
 * Oracle experience
 * CRM and/or Power BI exposure
 * Experience mentoring junior technicians or serving as an escalation resource
